How we do it

At Caiman Printing Inks we produce our special blends from the finest raw pigment dispersions, giving the highest finished ink strength possible. This coupled with the most advanced let-down varnishes makes our special mixes not only the strongest but also the most press stable inks available.

We have the ability to tailor special mixes to your exact requirement. This could be Super Strength, High Rub Resistance, Laser-proof or any other properties for which the ink may need to be formulated.

Because we manufacture from ranges of individual components we have greater control of our products. Each ink we manufacture is designed for its specified purpose, the pigments, varnishes, waxes and driers are all added individually at our factory in Leeds. We do not tweak mass-produced compounds as the majority of lithographic ink manufacturers do.

Our Caiman Colour Management program allows us through the use of Spectro-photometry to ensure your colour standard remains consistent from batch to batch. This ensures your clients work looks professional and within tolerance at all times.
